Based on the rules of law and human rights, crime investigation is to maintain social order and ensure national security by following the legal procedure of the judicial police to execute searching, attaching, detaining and arresting in accordance with laws and to collect evidence and working with perseverance to clear up crime by employing the scientific approachest.
